ARA rental experience was fantastic. Booking process was smooth. Car selection was clear (although they changed it later), payment process was smooth. Car was delivered on time at the hotel lobby for a small fee (experience was great). Car was in good condition. No hidden fees!
At the end of the booking, folks came down and picked up the car. Agents were really nice and stuck a good conversation.
Security deposit was refunded in a weeks time

We have a few hours of delays and ARA staff had waited for us to midnight to handover the car! I have requested a TNG card for toll and they have also accommodated my request. Paperwork is done digitally so no hassle at all. When returning the car, the staff was punctual and turn up early to pick up the car, despite me changing the specific pickup location and the change of pickup time was ok too. I will book my next car rental in Malaysia with ARA for sure! Thanks Halim, Ulfa and Bay for all your good work to provide an excellent customer service and positive experience to me and my family.
